This is an essential part of the band administration so all parents are kindly requested to attend. It will be brief!
All day rehearsals for TOUR BAND ONLY. Will conclude with a meeting for band and parents at 3:45pm, where all final details will be given out. Passports and GHICS to also be handed in on this day.
This event is for SENIOR BAND ONLY.
Both the Junior and Senior Band will be performing at Goring Primary School, during our usual rehearsal time, to promote and support music in local schools. Access to school will be via Palmerston Ave entrance.
The Senior Band will be performing two sets during our usual rehearsal time, though we will need to be ready to play at 5pm. Full band uniform / Davison girls to be in school uniform. NO REHEARSAL FOR JUNIOR BAND.
Bring your Picnic, blankets and chairs and let the band serenade you as you enjoy your food.
Ice creams and hot drinks available to purchase.
In the event of poor weather, this event will be in the school hall.
Free entry with retiring collection.
This event is for both junior and senior bands, and will be the final event of the academic year.
The Bands will be joining forces with ‘Grace Dance’ to put on a brilliant evening of music and dance…from the Charleston to the West End!
Due to the school hall being unavailable, both bands will have sectional rehearsals in the Wallis Building (where juniors normally meet). Equipment will need transferring from the hall so please be on hand to help.
An exciting opportunity for our junior band to perform ‘solo’ at their very own gig! The band will present a one hour programme to residents in the garden. Parents welcome to attend. Free entry.

This popular annual concert returns to the band diary, as DWYCB join forces with the Worthing Salvation Army Brass Band for an evening of easy listening popular music. The roof lifting massed finale is sure to be on the programme! This event is for both senior and junior bands.

Junior and Senior Bands will be performing alongside Lancing Chamber Orchestra. TICKETS £5. Available from ticketsource or on the door. Please note; The Junior and Senior Band will be need to attend a joint rehearsal with the orchestra at 6pm.
To allow band members to get to Bonfire Night activities, band will finish at 6pm just for this week. It will also be a massed band practice so Juniors can practice the joint items for the 30th Nov concert.
Davison Junior and Senior Band join forces with the Lancing and Sompting Concert Band, for an evening of great music!
An opportunity for non-tour band members and all parents to come and see what the band got up to in France! The Tour Band will perform their programme, and videos / photos will be on display.

This event is for TOUR BAND ONLY. This is an important day of final rehearsals, paperwork sorting and concludes with a parent meeting. It is essential that all tour personnel attend.
